We stayed a few days at the Sea Far Resort Koh Kood during our 2024 holiday in Thailand. Koh Kood is an absolute beautiful island on the east side of Thailand, not far from the Cambodian border. According to many it has some of the best beaches Thailand has to offer. The west of the island is full of resorts, among them the Sea Far Resort on Ao Taphao Beach.

Today we had to wake up early to give alms to the monks. At 6 am we moved to the Mon bridge in Sangkhla Buri. Many dressed up in traditional Mon outfits. After the monks have left you can enjoy the sunrise on the bridge which provides beautiful views. From here we are moving back to Bangkok but not without a few interesting stops on the way.

We booked the combination of van and ferry. That was THB 1100 for the mini van trip and the boat for one person, one way.

The skywalk is open from 08:00 till 19:00, every day of the week. Things always can change so it is good to double check locally.

How to get there by BTS MRT??
If you come from downtown Bangkok take the Green line to the north and change to the new Pink line at Wat Phra Sri Mahathat (วัดพระศรีมหาธาตุ) station. Take the pink line towards Minburi. Get off at the Outer Ringroad station. This station connects to Fashion Island.

Altijd weer nieuwe gezichten als je hier bent. De mooiste geuren en kleuren vind je zeker hier.
Gelukkig ben jij niet verdwaald en waren de paaltjes ook goed te zien. In menig bos waar ik was zijn soms de paaltjes er helemaal niet en verdwaal dan ook regelmatig ; ) nu maar een kompas steeds mee. Leuke omgeving en je hond had het ook wel naar zijn zin.
Dat was een mooie video. En prachtige fotoserie. Staat ook nog op mijn doe lijst maar zeker ook een wandeling rond het kasteel in het park. Heb graag je video ontmoet. Kwam deze tegen toen ik wat wilde zien van het kasteel. Muziek en fotografie heel mooi. Dank je wel.
